Well, ok, not really tagged, but I am a sucker for a Meme, especially when I am trying to work but I need a mental break.... So here goes:

below the fold. Just because :)

Twenty Questions:

1. Best memory? Hmmm, this is a tough one. Lots of good ones: My wedding, getting my PhD, hanging out with friends, going to games, etc.

2. Most terrible day? Betrayal of my trust by someone who was close to me. Enough said.

3. Birth City? Fresno, CA

4. Favorite thing to do? Hang out with friends and be silly

5. Hollywood Crush? Anyone who knows me knows the answer to this one without having to look: Stephen Baldwin, close second: Nick Lachey (he reminds me of my Husband)

6. Favorite food? French Fries. Especially with Chili and cheese.

7. City you want to visit most and why? Hmmm.... Tough, but I'd have to say London.

8. Fantasy/dream that you want to come true? I'd love to be rich enough to do what I want, go where I want on a moment's notice and give the people I love the things they need.

9. Favorite sport? HOCKEY! (to play: baseball/softball)

10. How long have you been married? 7 years on next July 24th

11. Favorite song and why? Also a tough one. Probably Shawn Colvin's "Sunny Came Home". I can relate.

12. Someone you most admire? My hubby. He has an amazing quiet strength.

13. Someone you hate and why? Don't hate anyone, Just feel really sorry for a lot of people. Ok, Maybe Coach K and the dook basketball team.

14. Secret crush? Not really, I don't have a lot of secrets.

15. One (maybe 2) rule/s you live by? Karma is a Beeyotch, be nice.

16. Do you believe in God? Yes.

17. A dark secret (we won't tell):  I'm way too boring, and like I said, I don't have a lot of secrets. Got too much of a big mouth. But you knew that already.

18. Most treasured item and why? Gotta be my dolls, especially my baby doll from my childhood and my bride doll that was made to look like me by hubby's Grandma for our wedding.

19. If you could turn back time, what would you do and why? I'd go back and save more money and watch what I spend.

20. Last but certainly not least, what kind of "work" do you do and do you enjoy it? I teach college students, and I love it. There's something cathartic about saying "Well, you're an adult. Deal with it"....

Nice! My wife worked at Cal Tech for a bit, and now she's finishing her Ph.D at UW Madison. We lived in Pasadena for about three years, and we're both LA natives. In fact, we had our engagement party at McMurphy's in Old Town. Lot's of memories in Pasadena. The Muse, Jake's Billiards, Croc Cafe, Gaucho Grill, IHOP on Sunday mornings, driving in the Foothills, 210 traffic. Hmmm, I don't really miss the traffic. :-)
