But if you have toilet paper floating the bowl brush down the stairway and the basement smells like a sewer it will parobably be a couple of days before he shows up and then only to give you an estimate that you can figure on tripling when the final bill comes in. It will take another couple f days to get the repair materials ordered and another day at least to do the repair--and that is if it doesn't rain.
