Is it just me?

This is for the CA readers out there....

Is it me, or when you see that anti prop-76 ad that says "Prop 76 alters the CA constitution and blah blah blah and gives the governor..."

Do you also hear in your head "harrumph!"

As in: "Give the Governor Harrumph!"

Brownie points to whoever gets the reference....
