Luke will neither say "yes" or "no" clearly at any time during the episode, and the producers will ambiguize their way out of an immediate resolution.

Oh wait, wrong show!

I predict there will be at least one sick person, and at least one false lead in the attempt to diagnose it. Oh, and I predict that old Greg their will be snarky.

I know I'm going out on a limb with those bold predictions, but hey...
